Fruit salad if it was a wine! Grapes are handpicked and fermented separately, then blended, on skins for two weeks. The aroma takes you straight to Georgia (the birthplace of wine!). Grippy and oxidative with a chalky texture, it balances mandarin pith and a vibrant mineral drive.
Absolutely smashable! Drink with seafood or with nothing at all.
