Aromas of white blossoms, orange, and lemon juice meet a chalky, textured palate. Organically farmed vines over 40 years old thrive in granitic sandy gravel soils, yielding complexity and character. Fermented on skins with wild yeast, aged in stainless, concrete, and seasoned oak for balance.
