Aristotelis Ke Anthoula Mandarin Blend 2022

Bright and zippy, loaded with tingles of stone fruit and citrus, the mid palate has tonnes of texture with hints of butterscotch cut with a pleasing flinty finish that gives it incredible length and precision. 

 Chardonnay (50%) & Sauvignon Blanc (50%) from recently converted organic vines in Young NSW. Multiple picks and ferments thanks to the long, cool growing season. Partially fermented in amphora, all destemmed for 3-4 months then pressed to old oak and bottled the following just before vintage 2023.
