100% merlot from Magpie Springs vineyard in Hope Valley on the southern range of the Adelaide Hills. 50% whole bunches with direct pressed juice over the top and fermented together in a large open top jarrah fermenter for 10days. Its a bigger, richer wine with some structure & tannin.
