All fermented separately, the red fruit on skins for 7 days, the muscat... a whopping 30! Pressed to stainless for fermentation, and finished in oak.
Delightfully scrumptious, smells exactly like a Raspberry Jelly candy... Or Turkish Delight and rose petals if you're restricted by traditional tasting notes.
