Frankly This Wine Was Made By Bob Cabernet Franc Syrah 2021
A more serous wine from Bob this time...
Medium bodied with more structure. A little savoury and spicy.
Tastes like Bramble Berry, Blackcurrant and Tobacco Leaf.
Fermented separately. The Cab Franc was 2/3 de-stemmed, the Syrah was 100% destemmed. After fermentation they were pressed together to old puncheon for ageing on Full Lees. No additions.
