Organically farmed by Fiona Wood, raspberries and spiced plums, with a fleshy, spicy palate and a quenching mouthfeel. A result of carbonic maceration, it was aged in fibreglass (cool!) for 10 months to preserve freshness.
Jauma Wines are Living Wines, made with zero additions or filtration and bottled under crown seal for perfect freshness and stability.
