A single-vineyard Sangiovese from 25-year-old vines, fermented gently to showcase the fruit. Despite early pressing, it still carries classic soft, dusty tannins. Expect cherry spice, a touch of perfume, and those unmistakable dry tannins.
Best enjoyed now, or chill it and pair with Tuesday night pizza or Wednesday’s penne parma. It’ll age well, but honestly, there’s rarely enough left to find out!
