A blend of both red and white grapes, made for the fridge and jovial times. It's fruity, spicy and seductive. Tastes of cherry cola and fruit tingles with lots of structural tannins!
Grenache and Shiraz for this wine was fermented as 100% whole bunch for 2 weeks of maceration, before being pressed to french oak barriques. The Muscat also underwent a short maceration period before being aged in french oak. Blended prior to bottling.
