Aristotelis Ke Anthoula Blood Orange Blend 2022
Blood Orange takes the principles of lengthy maceration time explored in Orange/amber wines and applies it to a lengthy red/white co ferment.
With a colour nothing short of spectacular, wild aromas of spiced cherries and a lovely blood orange bitterness to the finish. Super unique and super delicious!
Sauvignon Blanc (75%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (25%). All fruit was hand sorted and destemmed into stainless steel tanks, then gently basket pressed in late winter to neutral barrels where it rested until bottling just before vintage 2023.
