Barrels of Chardonnay from his single vineyards, plus a splash each of Pinot Gris, Savagnin & Gruner Veltliner with some extra lees thrown in for good measure.
It feels like a leesy, full-flavoured Chardonnay on opening but in the background sits some spicy ginger notes and a little herbaceous lift as well as a trace of Savagnin's savouriness.
