An experimental wines, where three wines are made and blended to make a chilled, juicy red, or 'Tom Wine'. This year the wine is a combination of Whole Bunch Chardonnay, Full carbonic syrah, and shiraz rosé that has been fermented on chardonnay skins. Low alc, smashable! Chilled works best!
