A Bordeaux blend crafted with certified biodynamic fruit, grown on sandy soils over limestone near the ocean. Co-fermented as whole berries, this wine is pumped over twice daily for six days to retain juiciness and minimise tannins. The result is a rich, berry-forward wine with depth and plenty of character, ideal for those who enjoy a fruit-driven, easy-drinking red.
