A collaboration between the talented Patrick Sullivan and Xavier Goodridge. The skin contact varies for each grape, and just a touch of sulphur is added. The result is a vibrant, floral, and slightly funky wine, bursting with perfume and a tangy, kombucha-like zing—an absolute bargain for an orange wine.
