Introducing Tipple Club, a new monthly tasting series at The End dedicated to exploring great spirits from around the world.

Each month we’ll focus on a different category, distillery or style — tasting our way through a curated lineup while learning the stories behind the bottles.

For our first edition we’re heading to Tasmania with a deep dive into the whiskies of Hellyers Road Distillery, one of Australia’s pioneering whisky distilleries.

Located on Tasmania’s rugged northwest coast, Hellyers Road has built an international reputation for producing distinctive single malt whisky shaped by pure Tasmanian water, local barley and a cool maritime climate.

Across the evening we’ll taste through a selection of Hellyers Road expressions, exploring how cask type, maturation and climate influence flavour.

Expect rich malt character, warming spice, coastal influence and plenty of good whisky conversation.

No prior whisky knowledge required — just curiosity and a love of a proper drink.
